Streak boundaries follow your device's local timezone. If the streak still looks wrong, force-close Collapse and reopen it — the app refreshes from the server on launch. If the issue continues, email us with a screenshot.
Free play shows a short interstitial ad after every few Compete runs. Subscribing to Collapse Pro removes all ads entirely — that's the main thing Pro buys you, along with harder puzzle variants.
